With one client today, neXt is having successfully proven its performance by having AuM of over 3 bCHF. neXt is built from real life market needs, the ultimate tailored solution for any financial institute. Lukas, Msc IS UZH and CFA, works as an institutional portfolio manager for about 10 years.

Founder and entrepreneur, emerged out of the Berlin startup scene to build his own businesses in Consulting and organizational development for IT and technology driven companies and corporations.

He studied mechanical engineering and began his career at Porsche headquarter, optimizing the production assembly line.

He has a sixth sense for business and the communicational talents to clearly convey the business value of whatever he decides to pursue. Marcel knows what it takes to build high-performing teams and organizations.

Founder and organizational architect, is passionate about establishing purpose- and value-driven organizations with high-performing teams.

He holds a Master's of Science degree in mathematics and a Master's degree in cognitive neuroscience (AON) with additional professional training in applied psychology.

Nicolas is consulting and coaching companies in transforming towards entrepreneurial and value-driven ways of working. He has worked with both Lukas in the financial world as well as with Marcel in organizational change projects.
